J&L Machine is a self-release Tier 1 provider of flight critical parts and major rotating parts, servicing customers in both military and commercial aviation, as well as ground power applications. Founded in 1979 and located in a recently expanded manufacturing facility in Manchester, CT, we currently employ 50 people on 2 shifts. Our 42,000 total square foot facility houses the latest technology available in precision machining equipment and inspection.
We currently specialize in complex turned, 5-axis milled components, and assemblies made from extreme temperature alloys such as Waspaloy, Titanium, Cobalt, Inconel, and Rene 41 to name a few. We also have specialized services of Balancing, Sutton Barrel finishing, Butterfly Polishing, Honing, and CMM Scanning in house.
